The MPLAB® ICD 3 In-Circuit Debugger System is Microchip’s latest and most cost effective high-speed programmer and debugger for Microchip Flash DigitalSignal Controller (DSC) and microcontroller (MCU) devices. It debugs and programs 8-, 16- and 32-bit PIC® Flash microcontrollers and dsPIC® DSCs with the powerful, yet easy-to-use graphical user interface of MPLAB Integrated Development Environment (IDE).

The MPLAB ICD 3 In-circuit debugger provides significant performance enhancements for embedded systems designers. Programming times are typically 15X faster than previous systems. PA90 Series

The PA90 Series of power amplifiers from the Apex Precision Power product family features four models offering various combinations of very high output current, high supply voltage, and high speed. The PA90, PA91, PA92 and PA93 benefit from a complementary MOSFET design that incorporates the use of large N-channel and P-channel power die with an ability to handle demanding loads. Compared with other more discrete-oriented linear solutions, the PA92 and PA93 can provide very high output current without the use of large, external MOSFETs, while the PA90 and PA91 lend designers exceptional slew rate performance.

Best replacement solution for most customers is UPEK - Chipset TCS4C-TCD50 (and for some just a USB sensor TCS4C). The chipset is able to support around 50-75 fingerprints in ~2 seconds recognition time (with fingerprints stored on host MCU).
